Magneti Marelli China was presented with the award “100 HRM Companies” 2013, the best company in term of Human Resource Management out of 100 companies selected by 51 HR Management firms. This is the most prestigious event when it comes to Human Resource Management existing today in China. The companies were first identified through an initial screening, then chosen according to various selection criteria. Since the award has been set up in China in 2008, it has attracted more than 500 companies in 5 years. The award ceremony featured the presence of the 100 companies in which personnel management has provided a significant contribution to the growth of the companies themselves. Weiping Tang, China HR Director, stated that the award does not only acknowledge the excellent work carried out by Magneti Marelli Human Resource team in China, but also the work by the entire company, and it also contributes to enhancing the reputation of Magneti Marelli in China.
