At Christmas, Morini Rent supports the Sant'Egidio community to support the homeless in Rome
Bringing clothes and food to the homeless of Rome is an urgency for which Morini Rent has offered its support to the Sant'Egidio community: from today until January 2019 the company will place at the disposal of the well-known association two vehicles (a long wheelbase van and a mini-cargo) for voluntary activities in favor of the most needy in the city.
The Christmas holidays are one of the most important moments for the volunteers of the Sant'Egidio community.
The contribution of Morini Rent for the distribution of food, clothing and even games for children is therefore a great help.
For Christmas 2018, the community has organized 50 meals only in the city of Rome, to which approximately 18,000 people will take part.
During the holidays there are also traditional lunches at the prisons of Regina Coeli and Rebibbia, in addition to the distribution of hot meals to the homeless on the evenings of 24 and 31 December.
As already happened for the territories of Central Italy in difficulty after the earthquake, even with this action Morini Rent is careful to support people, companies, associations and projects for local communities.
