Ferrari's V8 Turbo is the best engine of the last 20 years
Ferrari's 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 engine won the prestigious International Engine of the Year for the third consecutive year, also achieving a record number of six awards.
The Maranello powertrain thus becomes the best engine of the last 20 years, the four decades of recurrence of the award, and in the 2018 edition it preceded the 6-cylinder 3.0 turbo of Porsche and the V12 6.5 liter of the same Ferrari.
