Groupe PSA Italia always booming
Taking advantage of a comforting single March (5.7% growth to 23.995 cars and light commercial vehicles), Groupe PSA Italia closed the first quarter with a strong increase.
In fact, 69,194 units were registered, equal to an increase of 13.7% for a market share that grows 1.5 percentage points to 11.2%.
Supporting the upward trend of the French Group in Italy are in particular the new Citroën C3 (over 14 thousand cars) and the Peugeot SUV range with almost 15 thousand units delivered between 2008, 3008 and 5008.
With the acquisition of the Opel brand, Groupe PSA Italia is now second among the car groups with penetration close to 16%. Finally, it should be noted that Opel Corsa is the best-selling LPG car in Italy.
