Mazda at the Tokyo Motor Show with two new concepts
Important presence of Mazda at the upcoming 45th edition of the Tokyo Motor Show (open to the public from 28 October to 5 November).
The Hiroshima carmaker will unveil two new concepts, one to reveal the products of the next generation, and the other to embody the future stylistic language.
Mazda will also be previewing the SkyActiv-X gasoline engine, the first gasoline engine in the market that uses the compression ignition system, resulting in top-of-the-range dynamic performance combined with captivating external design.
The engine will power, among other things, the prototype of a compact car based on the SkyActiv-Vehicle Architecture, next-generation technology centered on Mazda's human-centric philosophy.
On display also the new seven-seater CX-8 SUV with updates on the SkyActiv-D 2.2 diesel engine and the special MX-5 Red Top MX version.
