New petrol engines for the renewed Hyundai i20
The second generation of the compact Hyundai i20 is renewed in the design and technology on board, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the new Hyundai SmartSense security systems.
At the debut on the new i20 three new petrol engines with the standard Stop and Go system, complying with Euro 6D-Temp regulations, and the 7DCT automatic double clutch transmission.
In addition to the 1.2 engine combined with the five-speed manual transmission and available in two versions (75 and 84 hp), the Hyundai i20 is also offered with the 1.0 T-GDI turbo petrol engine that achieves a power of 100 hp, combined with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Alternatively, the engine can be combined with the new 7DCT, the 7-speed automatic dual clutch transmission developed by Hyundai, which debuted for the first time on the i20.
With the Safety Pack the new Hyundai i20 is enriched with numerous assisted driving systems from the Hyundai SmartSense family such as active lane keeping, autonomous emergency braking with vehicle and pedestrian recognition, driver fatigue detection and automatic control of dazzling headlights.
Like all the Hyundai sold in Italy, the new i20 also has a 5-year Hyundai warranty for unlimited kilometers. The car will be presented during the open weekend scheduled in Hyundai showrooms throughout Italy on October 20-21.
With the launch offer and the Hyundai Cash Plan formula, the new Hyundai i20 is available with an advance of 4.845 euros paying for two years only the fire and theft policy starting from 39.75 euros per month.
